Missy is a people-first executive coach, speaker, and advisor to executives and leaders across diverse industry sectors. With expertise in corporate talent, executive coaching, team development, leadership and educator training, strategic HR consulting, and change management and communication, Missy is relentless in her pursuit of helping leaders and organizations become the best versions of themselves. In addition, with an emphasis on leading with courage and an attitude of TGIM (Thank God it’s Monday), Missy presents keynote speeches and leadership development events across the country.

Having recently served in senior roles as Chief People Officer for a global technology company and educational services company, Senior Vice President for Talent & Corporate Functions for a global gaming and technology company, and reported directly to the COO of a Fortune 200 company in a VP of Global & Corporate HR role, Missy has a unique perspective and skill set to advise and coach senior level leaders and to align executive level talent to the business strategy. She has served as a dynamic partner to C-Suite and senior executives to guide, develop, and drive organizational effectiveness specifically in the areas of senior level talent selection and onboarding, leadership effectiveness, executive coaching, strategic planning, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning. Missy focuses on growing high performers, maximizing diverse teams, and multiplying the influence of the leaders she engages with. Missy has over 20 years’ experience in both the private and public sector coaching leaders to inspire others and drive results.

Prior to her corporate experience, Missy served as Assistant Superintendent for HR for a nationally recognized school district providing executive leadership to all aspects of human resource management. She has also served in the roles of high school principal, associate principal/athletic director, and high school teacher.

Missy received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education from Central Washington University, a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, and a Human Resources Management Certification from Portland State University. In addition, Missy has three executive coaching certifications (Teamalytics, TLC, and IPEC) in addition to being certified in Crucial Learning - Crucial Conversations & Accountability.
